Honey changes in appearance and taste, dependent on a number of factors - chief among them is the flowers from which the bees collected nectar. This changes as different plants are available across the beekeeping season. 

Below is a list of the time of year when each batch of honey was collected. Each jar has a batch number on the bottom - maybe you'll notice you prefer one to another!
